Meals for the beginning of April

Our next week meals:

Sat.- BBQ New York Steaks with baked potatoes and canned corn
Sun.- Whole Chicken with mashed potatoes and mixed pasta
Mon. - Mans Casserole
Tues.- Mac and Cheese with Chicken Tenders and Tater Tots
Wed.- Spaghetti with meat sauce and Garlic Cheese Bread
Thurs.- Hot Dogs
Fri.- Manicotti and Cheese Bread
Sat.- BBQ (something from the freezer)
Sun.- Pizza (diner out)

I have always tried to plan our weeks meals until the next shopping trip, but I found that if I don't write it down I get lazy and fall short. I'm hoping that since I've taken the time to write our meals out I will stick to them.

What are you eating this week?

I saved $9.70 just in coupons, thats more than double what I usually do. The General Mills deal on cereal was a major hot save! The Hormel Dinners were buy one get one free and I had a coupon, which I had been saving. I didn't buy much to stock our cupboards because I planned out meals for next week and we just about had everything we will need. I'm hoping I can make it 2 weeks without going back to the store, but I may need to run in for some milk.
